Ansted University’s Alma Mater

Far, far above the waters
Of the deep blue sea,
The birth of Ansted University
Where we love to be.
We jointly develop and grow A Noble System of Technology for Educational Development
A nice name sound “ANSTED”
People call us a Universal and Integral University

That is what we want to be…….
“WILL TO SUCCEED” is our university motto
“EXCELLENCE” is our hallmark of distinction.
We believe “Betterment through Education”
Chorus : Look before us !
Shout the chorus !
See the Ansted banner wave-
Ansted University in thee we glory,
Make us true and brave !
We are the ANSTED UNIVERSITY family members
Hail to thee our Alma Mater !
We would ever be
Worthy children and Wiseman. Make us faithful and dedicated,
Wheresoe’er the land that call us,
E’en across the sea,
We’ll salute thee, Alma Mater !
Be what you want to be.

The Ansted Alma Mater’s Music and song is one of the tools to making us get closer, peace and give us the success team spirit among Ansted fellows for cultivating our profound institution to have a bright future. The management of Ansted University would like to express our sincere thanks to Prof. Dr John Kersey for contributing his profound effort to develop and set the so nice and inspiring “Ansted Alma Mater” music and song. The first time Ansted played the Alma Mater song was at the 2003 Graduation ceremony held in London and the second time play at the Graduation ceremony 2004 held in Penang.

“As to a definition of music in this context, I think that's one of the most difficult issues in the field! I like to think of music as a "universal language of peace". As such, wherever musicians meet and make music they transcend boundaries of all kinds, cultural, political and religious, thus promoting the cause of peace. Music is one of the most valuable tools that we have in this aim, because it speaks directly to people's emotions.” Prof. Dr John Kersey (UK), Ansted University Honorary Advisory Council member.
